The landscapes of the Italian lakes are the very special: are cultured landscapes, where nature and artifice had happy talks without exaggeration for many years. To build a new building we think we groped to resume the conversation with those years, without forcing a stylistic return but looking rather to build an element of that landscape: in this case an element with a high collective meaning as that of a cultural center.
As in past years, even our building is in talks with its open garden which also represents the link with the public spaces and a ?? intermediary between his rational firmness and everyday city life.
We can not deny having also taken fully into consideration the limitations of '?? financial commitment and the generous efforts of the community Verbania, although perhaps this has led us towards external finishes capable of positive similarities with that special notion of landscape from which we moved.
L '?? importance that we wanted to take all' ?? hall disguised as a large greenhouse, in axis with the sequence of the two squares in front of, He wants to emphasize the value of space that we would always open to the public, introduction not only to the theater but also in the various activities that make the new theater also a center for various cultural activities.
The position then the new set which crossable raised bottom of the marketplace also proposes a rearrangement of the building fragment to be preserved.
The auditorium, Moreover, It must also be the memory of the tradition of theatrical space, with red velvet armchairs, the side panels in a metal hot shades, the wooden floor, and loge ?? ?? for authorities.
No less important are in our project space for exhibitions, the presence of the library and the café-restaurant, the Cinema and conference space; the long terrace overlooking the river again reveals the presence on this side of the open landscape of the lake.
