The renovation project of a residence for use of bed and breakfast in a tower-building of about 345 sqm commercial, on four floors, in the famous Piazza della Cisterna in San Gimignano, It is confronted with complex architectural and artistic constraints of the building, National Monument. four elegant bedrooms with bathroom and antique furniture have been realized, a separate apartment on the top floor (with two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living day) Finally a new hall for breakfast and special events. The house is distributed with independent central staircase and presents different floors on each floor (in vault, barrel, in wooden beams and terracotta tiles, in Ipe and masonry vaults ..), carefully maintained; the trains’ accommodation has been implemented up to a maximum of 18 beds.
